"No book has yet been written in praise of a woman who let her husband and children starve or suffer while she invented even the most useful things, or wrote books, or expressed herself in art, or evolved philosophic systems."

November Lollapalooza in La Grande

The November Lollapalooza in La Grande will be on Tuesday Nov. 13th at 4:30 pm.

The November Lollapalooza is coming soon!

Lollapaloozas are a great library event for young and young-at-heart.  Come enjoy the read-alouds, arts and crafts activities, music and more! November's focus will be on the many different cultures of Native Americans!

As part of the Lollaplooza program, books featured during the event are donated to the La Grande library by the Union County Library District Project.

The Lollapalooza events are funded by a Library Services Technology Act grant from the Oregon State Library.  Lollapaloozas are a service demonstration of the proposed library district for Union County.
