The Elgin Chamber of Commerce sponsors an event called Winning Wednesdays. Each week business owners and the public are invited to get together and learn more about what our town has to offer.

This event has been going strong for several months. February 21st is our turn.  After some refreshments and visiting a brief presentation will be given covering upcoming sceduled events and an invitation to share ideas for other types of events our patrons would like to have held in their new library.
